Is it a leaky home, or not?
Why is it that one building inspector will tell you it’s not a leaky building, while another house inspection company will say ‘it’s a leaky home’?
We all know about the leaky home problem in Auckland, and property inspectors really know about them! It’s important to know the home you are buying isn’t at risk of ‘turning into’ a problem for you, even if it isn’t leaking at the time in inspection.
